What is this?

This mobility program is 8-weeks long, which includes two 4-week plans. With each program you will receive:

·      Two educational videos a week detailing specific drills (that’s 16 clips every program)
·      One full class every week (8 classes every program)
·      A PERIODIZED PLAN to challenge you in a safe and progressive manner
·      Self-assessment protocols to gauge your progress
·      Bonus educational clips throughout the eight weeks
·      Email access to coaches at all times
